Marijke Smeets and Ylva Berg are the main facilitators of FIROA Facilitation. They practice, study and work with different colleagues with whom they share a passion for diving intro complex situations and intersectional power dynamics. They are both part of the open network Resilience Movement, and engaged in Process Work studies in the UK, to continue learning and growing, to facilitate our future with you!
